Switzerland has only 3 official languages (that is: German, French and
Italian).
Although it is true that Reto-Romansch is used to label banknotes (and
possibly 
passports), official documents are not required to have included a Romansch
translation.

Nevertheless, I found that quite a lot has been accomplished in Switzerland in
order to preserve Romansch language and culture.

pointing to nowhere in particular.  The most reliable Usenet gateway used 
to be cs.utexas.edu.  Unfortunately, it was shut down a while ago to 
protect Usenet from net.spammers using AOL trial accounts to flood 
thousands of newsgroups.  A technique not unfamiliar to the folks at
siliconvalley.com.

For those interested in posting to Usenet via Internet e-mail, a place to
look for a reasonably complete list of email-to-Usenet gateway sites is
