A label he used for others with so much enthusiasm! But what do you expect from
a big slab of self proclaimed beef?

Well, one could consider today's highschool there as a legal successor
of that educational institution started there 1,000 years ago, even if
its form or structure changed over the centuries.

I haven't heard of this name, either, but its reason being perhaps that
Americans don't eat what Bela Liptak described there. Though I don't
know where the "worm" comes to the name, but from the "bladder" part I
thought he was referring to an old delicatessy of the Hungarian country
side, made from the byproducts of butchery of pigs (diszno'o~le's),
filling the cleaned bladder of the pig with stuff similar to the one
used in blood wurst and then they press it and smoke it.
I think it was called "disznosajt" (porkcheese?) and I used to eat a lot
of that when I lived there.
But then, maybe I misunderstood Bela's writing, too.

How come I noticed whom it was from and you did not? Actually, somebody
else crossposted it and I think he mentioned Liptak's name in the intro.
